The iLead Program is for children who have completed the iDiscover programs. It is designed to help them prepare for their career in 18 different fields. The individual learning plan for iLead children consists of following two components.

1. Choosing IGCSE subjects according to the career plan and preparing IGCSE, AS, and A level exams
2. Entrance exam preparation, portfolio building for entering into top colleges in India and abroad.

For portfolio building, students take internships in their preferred fields, take up professional project works in the internship site and learn deep in the professional skills like programming, designing, marketing, and engineering, etc. This will help in advancing careers in their passionate field. Those who prefer to prepare for entrance exams like NEET, JEE, we put them with a dedicated coaching team from class 9th onwards. This makes them reorient the exams skills and get top scores.
